Motor Vehicles Mechanized Equipment and Marine Operations

In the 1-Hour Motor Vehicles, Mechanized Equipment And Marine Operations; Rollover Protective Structures And Overhead Protection; Signs, Signals, And Barricades training course, students will learn about different types of mechanized equipment, terms associated with the equipment, and safety controls they should use when operating such equipment. Students will also learn about different health and safety regulations they will need to practice in order to avoid hazards associated with different mechanized equipment and machinery. This course teaches about different types of motor vehicles, mechanized equipment, marine operations, rollover protection, overhead protection, signs, signals, and barricades.

NYC DOB SST Requirement

Local Law 196: The Site Safety Plan course is a New York City Department of Buildings approved Site Safety Training (SST) Course (Also known as OSHA site safety plan). Supervisors will need to complete this course in order to receive their supervisor SST Card.
