Course Description
Repetitive Motion Injuries
Construction workers are more likely to develop certain injuries or health conditions from performing repetitive motions over a long period of time. The 1-Hour Repetitive Motion Injuries training course teaches about what repetitive motions are and the consequences of them. Students will learn about ergonomics in the workplace in order to prevent the development of repetitive motion injuries and disorders. Students will learn to recognize the symptoms of different repetitive motion injuries, how to report the injury, and how to treat the injury in order to recover and prevent it from resurfacing.

NYC DOB SST Requirement
Local Law 196: The Site Safety Plan course is a New York City Department of Buildings approved Site Safety Training (SST) Course (Also known as OSHA site safety plan). Supervisors will need to complete this course in order to receive their supervisor SST Card.
