Site Safety Plan

Developed for those who learn best in a traditional classroom setting, our in-person Pediatric First Aid and CPR Training in New York gives you access to knowledgeable instructors who will guide you every step of the way. With lecture and hands-on skills sessions, these classes give you ample time to ask questions and become comfortable with the latest techniques.

Learning Outcomes

  • Describe how to recognize an emergency

  • Describe how to prioritize care for injuries and sudden illnesses

  • Describe the purpose of Good Samaritan laws

  • Identify the difference between (expressed) consent and implied consent

  • Identify how to reduce the risk of disease transmission when giving care.

NYC DOB SST Requirement

Local Law 196: The Site Safety Plan course is a New York City Department of Buildings approved Site Safety Training (SST) Course (Also known as OSHA site safety plan). Supervisors will need to complete this course in order to receive their supervisor SST Card.
